Digital Products & Online Training
Due to the nature of digital products and online training programs, refunds are generally not provided after successful delivery or access has been granted. Once access credentials, download links or course materials have been shared, the purchase is considered complete and non-refundable.
Exceptional Cases
We understand that situations may arise where a review is reasonable. The following cases may be considered individually:
- Duplicate payments: if you were charged more than once for the same product.
- Technical errors: if a payment was processed but access was not delivered.
- Exceptional circumstances: reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
How to Request a Review
Customers experiencing any of the above situations may contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. Please include:
- Your full name and email used at checkout
- Order ID or transaction reference
- A clear description of the issue

Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment is successful and access has been provisioned.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Most concerns can be resolved amicably through direct communication.
